i was after a single shot basket after purchasing a blind filter which came only with a double shot basket. It was easy to find what I wanted using the chat option and it was sent in a timely manner.

I use a Quick Mill Pippa (4100) espresso machine with adjustable OPV. I bought the double and single shot versions of this basket when I replaced my portafilter and was unhappy with the flow rate on my other basket. My espresso machine is set to 9bar and these baskets are phenomenal, so much so that I purchased spares.
Nice basket that allows room for a puckscreen. The basket sopplied by Breville does not. Prompt delivery too!
great well made basket
The 51mm basket is to large for a single shot, the 7-9g is not enough and the coffee comes out watery. I've been putting 14g and that seems to be correct amount which is more like a 1 and a half shot, not a single one.
The basket I received was straight walled and not conical shaped as shown in the image. I thought the basket would be in keeping with a traditional single shot 7 gm Italian basket. A 7 gm dose in the basket is not doable as it results in too shallow a puck with too much head space.
A more realistic dose for the basket is 10 gm not the 7-9 gm as advertised.
Very disappointed, buyer beware.
I have been promising myself one of these for while and it has not disappointed our coffee is 100% better tasting also a big shout out to to Dave who texted me very promptly to confirm the single shot basket I ordered was correct size, it wasn’t, he amended my order and sent me the right one. Also the delivery was extremely quick will be ordering more products in the future.
